In this 15-minute video, two wonderful submission wrestlers, Blaze and Ivy, are only allowed to use a figure-4 leg lock submission hold on their opponent. However, this is an advanced hold which requires a lot of practice to perfect it. Fortunately, there were some superb slow-motion tutorials online which each wrestler was told to study beforehand.
