It's a while since we filmed the phenomena that is Sativa in one of her famous training routines, but she's back. This is a short routine which she warms-up with extreme stretching in which Sativa shows off her incredible flexibility. Some of the shapes she creates with her stretches have to be seen to be believed. Then she runs through a short, but very intense solo kicking and punching routine.
