In fact, when combined with her judo skills, her phenomenal physique and her superior strength, she is almost unbeatable.

The routine ends when her training partner, Chris arrives. She drags him into the room and almost throws him against the wall mats.

What follows is a barrage of punches and kicks, including some precision kicking to the head and hard punches; more hard kicks to his torso when he is down on the ground and a couple of perfect examples of a move we've not seen before. Is it called a "Handstand Double Knee Drop", or a "Sheena Slam"? You decide.

It's a while since we have seen such a superb domination kicking match as this.
