The beautiful and super-strong Dakotarose is back in a fabulous lift and carry video with Electra Edward. The video starts with a short, solo muscle flexing and stretching routine to warm up.

After a couple of minutes, she is joined by Electra Edward. She starts off with a fireman's lift and shows that she can handle Electra Edward's weight with ease. Lift and carry requires really good core strength and, as you might expect from a fitness model who works out daily, Dakotarose has lots of this.

At the end of the video, Dakotarose performs two "Cradle drops", where she deliberately drops Electra Edward to the floor from a cradle carry. After the first cradle drop, Electra Edward gets to his feet, but after the second drop, Electra Edward stays lying on the mats, as Dakotarose finishes with some final bicep flexing.
