Miss Emilly shows off her strength by carrying Russ around the London Submission Room studio. Russ weighs in at 81kg, so he's not the lightest person for a Lift & Carry video, but this doesn't worry Miss Emilly. As a bodybuilder and powerlifter, she is used to much heavier weights, and with her 30 inch (76cm) thighs, she is also even to perform squats while carrying Russ.
