Ever thought you could be able to duct tape your own hands and mouth!? I sure thought that would be impossible but I did. It was a challenge to tape myself but I pulled it off. See how I was able to contain myself and hang upside down on the inversion table. The duct tape on my hands and mouth were on very tight for me being able to tape myself.
