Working out is very important to stay in shape and healthy. I prefer to work out nude since it feels much nicer! You should always start with stretching to warm up. I like to start with crunches, jumping jackets and push ups. It really gets your heart beating fast and it's a nice little warm up. Make sure you do your weights! If you're trying to build muscle, or just get toned. Don't forget the push-ups!
