I was about to leave and go to another open house but someone's knocking at the door. When I go to answer I notice a possible buyer, I decide I can be late to the open house and tell the man I can give him a quick tour. He agrees and I tell him a little about the house, but also not to waste my time as I have lots to do and many more people to see. He seems to be interested but want a little more 'in-depth' look at the house. Annoyed but still excited about to possible buyer, I grudgingly agree to this.
