Bettie has accepted a foreign exchange student, Pierre, into her home. She immediately recognizes that he's submissive and will bow down before her, and takes advantage of the language and culture barrier to convince him to agree to shave his face, put on a dress and makeup, and get nails done. Bettie renames her Isabella for her own amusement.
