I find my new client laying and breathing heavily on the couch, we just did few exercises... He has to learn some breath training, my way! I sit on his chest and when he tries to speak, I block his mouth with my hand. I continue doing it and slowly I keep him breathless for longer. When he complains, I slap his stupid face and I humiliate him verbally, he must shut up and take it!
