Jade is failing a class. She finds out that her grade for one of her classes is a bit low and she might fail her class. This would cause her to loose her scholarship. She is approached by the professor who offers to "help". He infers that there is a way she can pass with a good grade. She soon realizes the offer is too good to be true. He confesses to her that he likes to tie girls up she agrees to let him not realizing the extent of his madness.She is tied on a chair and later on a table. On screen silver tape gag.
