Super Girl has defeated her arch nemesis Cherry by injecting her with a serum that leaves her (off screen.) She was able to inject her as Cherry bound her and placed a bomb on Super Girl's (Ashley Sinclair) power emblem. The story picks up here with Super Girl video messaging you for help. She has defeated Cherry (from the prequel Super-Heroine Bound) but still remains bound to a pole with a bomb on her.
