These balloons were the last of my balloons to burst and it was getting late so I had to pop them fast! I use clusters to hold up my bigger tuftex balloons so they don't pop on my furniture. I grab a pair of scissors and hold down the balloon clusters. I begin to burst them quickly as I jab them with the scissors!
