Stretching before exercise is important...ball stretching that is. I mount my human with a huge chain and metal ball attached to his balls so that he can suffer even more while carrying my weight. I ride him around pulling hard at the reins and kicking him hard with my spiky spurs. I make him do donkey lift and riding on all fours until it collapses from pure exhaustion. His balls are stretched backward and many times my riding crop hits his balls instead of his flanks. Finally when he can no longer move I direct him in his cage until our next training session.
