When Robby Echo returned to his office and found his safe opened and valuables removed, it was obvious that a burglar had been at work. What Robby recognized just a few seconds too late was that the thief was still there. She made sure that Robby wouldn't sound the alarm by roping him to his chair and adding an annoying gag.
