Desperate craving for a cigarette (4K)

After a few drinks at a friends house where I couldn't smoke I was absolutely desperate for a cigarette. On getting back home I smoke this cigarette in well under 4 minutes hardly managing to talk or breathe throughout, I could feel my head dizzy with the hit of nicotine that I craved so much, such an amazing feeling
