Custom clip: You could make a compilation production. You just take say a short 10-20sec shot each time when you stub out a cigarette after finishing it. I find it most sexy if you do so in a more aggressive way but no need to play that role all the time, just take it as it comes. So the production would be a sequence of you stubbing out cigarettes (you would need to make sure the ashtray is always empty and well visible in the picture).
