The evil villainess, THE DUTCHESS (KITTY DANGER) has taken refuge in her mountain castle and it's up to the star spangled heroine, MISS AMERICA (also KITTY DANGER) to bring her to justice. Unfortunately for our heroine THE DUTCHESS has some nasty tricks up her sleeve the even MISS AMERICA's mighty shield can't save her from. Including a diabolical laser aimed at bisecting her.
