This is a crutcher's clip. Benetta is crutching around town in public on a beautiful day with a warm sock to cover her cast toes. But her foot hurts and she has to stop a couple of time to pull off her sock just to make sure everything is ok with them and massage them before putting her sock back on and continuing her crutching.
