Due to her long term cast wearing situation Yvette had to find a way to shield her vulnerable long toes when things got cold. In an SLC for four weeks she is able to wear a half shoe with a sock that she can more easily put over her unheeled cast. She wears a sneaker and and jeans with half the cast leg cut off. A regular sock too easily gets dirty and wet so she prefers wearing a toe sock over her exposed cast foot which protect and warm each of her long cute toes.
