Zuzu is driving in her car to a restaurant when her foot starts aching and she trades place with her passenger so he can drive while she massages her exposed casted foot and uses her exposed toes while in the back seat to clutch at hanging objects in order to exercise them. Lots of closeups and foot play in this one while in the car. Then she gets out of it and uses her crutches to struggle in public and up the steep stairs to the cafe before realizing its closed and having to crutch down after driving all this way!
