It's the day Zuzu has long waited for. She will finally be driving even with her right foot in a term cast. The swelling has gone down enough to try it. Problem is her car is parked in a lot pretty far away from her apartment. She starts out crutching in public with her cast leg up, to save it for driving but also to avoid the puddles due to a recent rain. As she gets more confident though she uses her cast leg to walk while on crutches.
