Landlady Mouse is annoyed that her tenant hasn't paid his rent but has bought a new TV. As a former wrestler, she decides to have some fun with him to compensate. See an angry Mouse put him through an extensive series of holds, pins, scissors, and face-sitting that teach him not to forget to pay the rent in future. Mouse has so much fun wrestling him that she threatens to come back for more tomorrow!
