Update: a fan edited this one beautifully to add some lovely sound effects, and I think you will really enjoy it! The sound of balloon inflation and balloon sounds as I rub it over my body add greatly to the realism, and a haunting ending is added with street sounds, birds and other ambient noises as you float away...
