There is an ongoing dispute between the Dewitt sisters. Each claims the other is more ticklish. They have finally decided to settle the issue once and for all. Each girl must take her turn, bound with rope, beneath the merciless fingers of her challenger. Since the first round was a draw, they must go at it again, this time minus an article of clothing.
