Katarina "theDommeKat" Pierce and Savannah Fox booked a stay in a 5-star hotel, but the accommodations are quite disappointing! The room is not up to standards and they call in staff member (Shawn Fox) to fix it... but all he does is make excuses for his lack of professionalism.
