Charlotte is in the mood to have her feet rubbed, and her boy-toy is more than willing to give her toes some love. He rubs her feet while teasing her about her socks, making her giggle and laugh. He takes the socks off so that he can sometimes kiss her toes and tickle her feet. She protests, of course, because she was expecting a massage and not tickles. She keeps telling him to keep rubbing, and he does. But occasionally he has a mind of his own to just tease her toes. The two of them are cute, comfortable together and easily led to laughter.
