Sitting in a yoga pose, reading about George Carlin, I take down my hair that has been stuck in knot on top of my head all day. Gently raking my fingers through my messy tresses, I try to unravel some of it's chaos. As I read, I casually finger brush my long naturally blonde locks until it's free of knots. Once my mop of hair is in some kind of order, I separate and braid on both sides. Wrinkled soles lay relaxed with their long toes sometimes wiggling but mainly just a gal, her fingers and messy hair.
