Nothing more refreshing after a restless nights rest than a hot steamy shower to awaken my senses. I love the feeling of the spray pelting and pouring down my body sending some relief to my aching muscles. My long hair and scalp get a thorough scrubbing with my raking nails and fingertips. This morning my head gets a double washing and conditioner to help with the wet messy tangles. Next I braid my hair, lather my washcloth and scrub every inch of my body, giving my skin a good cleaning and exfoliation.
