"With mouth relaxed, almost closed, rub high on your gums above gum line and not on teeth, going as high as you can, lip covering half your finger while you rub more in a horizontal motion. The random noise this makes is great ASMR as well, which is one of the reasons I like it. Film mostly on top for the video but bottom too at times, below the eyes, including nose and chin. Random back and forth lengths and speeds throughout, changing hands every now and then. Some profile shots mixed in would be awesome as well!"
