My humble suggestion is to make a clip where you alternate between sitting while crossing your legs and standing while flexing your legs and calves while posing for the camera, with some countdowns through the video both standing and sitting.

What makes it a bit challenging to shoot the video is that it would be really wonderful if your entire body, including your face could be visible, even when you are standing up.
