It's officially autumn and I am taking advantage of this gorgeous weather. With the sun setting behind me, I stop to take a moment after a long work day to ease my tired shoulders, arms, hands and fingers with gentle massage. Embracing and enjoying my self worship, not missing an inch of skin, I relax even deeper listening to the early evening sounds of nature around me. I've added "expressive hands" but mainly I focus on arm, hand and finger oiling, which is an everyday occurrence I do for others, since I am a licensed manicurist.
