Settled back and relaxed after a tiring day at work, my slim size 9's show off their meaty soles as they gently stretch, curl and wave. Long toes with their purple painted nails wiggle, scrunch and spread super wide while "good" pinky toe does it's "thing" overlapping. I am tired, so these are mostly slow movements and waves, with big toe "thumbs up" and some toe tangling and pulling. I am still working on the foot movements/exercises suggested to me, it's definitely an, all in good time thing.
