Lounging in my robe before work, I rub one finger back and forth horizontally very high on my upper gums above my teeth. Massaging my gums at random speeds but not too fast and not too slow. At times I go as high as my finger can go on my upper inner lip and gums (focus on bottom at times but mainly top). Sometimes I use more than one finger but mostly it's my index finger doing the caressing. Finger licking and sucking with lip and tongue teasing with finger(s) switching hands often.
