From start to finish, it's a non-stop rollercoaster of embarrassment for hapless schoolgirl Willow at the hands of Headmistress, Miss Matthews. Willow has had a knicker-wetting accident, just before she was due to sit for a test and this behavior has been noted before. At this private girls' school, Headmistress will not put up with such behavior and has a plan that will stop Willow from using such lame excuses in the future. After a stern scolding, Willow is taken over Miss Matthews' lap for a hard hand spanking with the regulation knickers pulled down. Willow's bottom soon matches the color of the maroon panties, her bottom smarting from the continual smacks. She is led upstairs, knickers still halfway down, to her Dorm Room where a surprise is awaiting. The scolding and spanking should have warned Willow that she was being cruelly age-regressed for her knicker-wetting but now the ultimate humiliation is confirmed when she is presented with a rustling, crinkly diaper and told to undress and place herself into the embarrassing protective underwear.
