Let’s get into some Diaper Dependency tips:
So basically this process consist of 2 main steps:
#1. You’ll have to wear diapers 24/7. You need to overcome 2(two) natural barriers.
The first is that your going to have to mentally be comfortable with the diapers and get used to them being your regular toilet. Normally when you need to pee your bladder automatically contracts as you subconsciously know you need to hold it until you reach the toilet. Your going to have to get over this first by just wearing and as soon as you need to go go, even if at first this means you need to push. This will get your mind thinking that its normal or okay to just pee when your wearing diapers
#2. The physical aspect barrier
The second thing is the physical part. This is probably what will take the most time. Your going to need to weaken your bladder muscles basically by not using them. This is why you need to get used to wearing them and just going in diapers 24/7. Whenever you feel the urge to go you just need to go. You can’t hold it for any reason you just have to go. By doing this you reduce how much this muscle is used and then, like any other muscle would over time, you bladder muscle will weaken and you’ll find it hard to hold it at all in the end. By doing this your practically reversing potty training by making your bladder physically incapable to hold you pee due to it being so much weaker.
By doing both these thing both your body and mind will be in a state that causes you to be diaper dependent. This is reversible, but I would assume it's not an easy thing to do, because you basically have to potty train yourself again, if this happens.
The catch is .. you will be compelled .. to always depend on diapers, quit using the toilet completely! It isn’t just a prediction, this is fact.
