So basically this process consist of 2 main steps:
#1. You’ll have to wear diapers 24/7. You need to overcome 2(two) natural barriers.

By doing this you reduce how much this muscle is used and then, like any other muscle would over time, you bladder muscle will weaken and you’ll find it hard to hold it at all in the end. By doing this your practically reversing potty training by making your bladder physically incapable to hold you pee due to it being so much weaker.
By doing both these thing both your body and mind will be in a state that causes you to be diaper dependent. This is reversible, but I would assume it's not an easy thing to do, because you basically have to potty train yourself again, if this happens.
The catch is .. you will be compelled .. to always depend on diapers, quit using the toilet completely ! It isn’t just a prediction, this is fact.
