Ophelia has been left restrained to the exam table while Nurse Apple waits for the suppository to take effect. Ophelia isn't going anywhere until her diaper is ready to be changed. She's very relieved to have Nurse Apple's rubber-gloved hands getting her out of that soaked diaper and wiping her all clean, and she feels a little better now that the suppository has helped with her tummy trouble, but she's not too pleased to find out that the caring Nurse is putting her right back into another diaper. Better safe than sorry!
