At the request of her step-father, the police commissioner, Barbara Jordan arrives at the library after hours where she meets up with IADC agant Diana Prints. The ladies enter the building un aware that they are being stalked by an ominous figure. Inside agent prints tells Barbara what she needs but as Barbara is about to lead agent prints to what she needs they are held up. The 2 ladies soon find themselves bound and gagged.
