Sitting and checking my phone in the early morning light -- while you watch my feet in my flip flops shuffling under my chair. My feet slip in and out of the flip flops a few times; I jiggle my feet, wiggle my toes, and rub my soles against the rug because it feels good. When one foot starts to itch, I rub my other foot against it until it eases.
