I sit on the bed with the soles of my feet together, so you're right up close on my toes and the chipped red polish on my toenails. They spread and wiggle so much, it's almost like they've got a mind of their own. I use my hands to fold them together, a the toes of each foot between the toes of the other foot...then I slowly pull them apart again, each toe popping free in turn.
