Every step I take has been hurting, and when I looked at my sole I could see why: there's a flap of old skin that's pulling against the good skin. Take a closer look at it with me...I'm going to try to pull the piece of skin off, but if that doesn't work I'm prepared to cut it off. Then I'll put some lotion on it in hopes of preventing this from happening again.
