Take a good close look at all the work my feet go to for a quick yoga sequence (from ankle level, looking down so you can see both feet). My feet are at the back of the mat, and you can watch me work to keep my toes spread wide as I start standing and move through a forward fold, downward, plank, and more. Toward the end I sit back on my heels, giving you that extra glimpse of my bare thigh (I prefer wearing minimal clothing during a yoga practice) as I flex my toes to the limit.
