A woman (Adara Jordin) in a skirt suit and silky stockings comes into JJs office with a police badge. She says that JJ is under arrest for unpaid parking tickets and not showing up to court. JJ protests but the woman is rather demanding. She is cuffed and searched inappropriately. Hinged cuffs are added to her ankles.
