There is a neighorhood prowler that goes around preying on women or girls that live alone, or are otherwise vulnerable, he usually ties them up and threatens to hurt them if they make any kind of a sound, it's stressful and daring but this guy has a thing for hot women and is useless at picking them up so he feels this is his only option, and he kind of enjoys women in anyway.
