Natalie is a very sweet 18 year old girl who just moved into her own apartment, she has found a very charming neighborhood that she loves and took no time getting settled in. She thought everything was fine until she got a nasty letter from the housing board stating she may face eviction! she panics and asks her next door neighbor Jill what she should do, Jill advises her to go see Mr Johnson, he always seems to have plenty of sway over the housing board. What Jill didn't tell Natalie was that Mr Johnson's help often comes at a price, will Natalie be willing to pay?
