Heide has been a bit taken back by all the sexuality she sees going on around her in her college dorm Coming from a Mormon backround this is all new to Heide and she is not sure how to handle it. She goes to seek guidance from a Summer, a counselor at the University, Summer gets Heide to relax and let her hair down a bit, and while the hair is going down - the SKIRTS are going UP! as the counselor and the coed heat things up in Summer's office.
