-you are sitting with your feet up on a table, feet side-by-side, scrunching your soles, you are reading something/on your phone, every now and then (maybe every 10-15 secs) you look up at the camera giving the middle finger
-camera is on the table, really close to your feet (like maybe 10 inches away)
-your face should be visible in the background

(Although the order is for 5 mins, you can make it 2 mins so that your feet don't get tired from scrunching)
