Step-Mommy Veronica pats her little AB boy's bottom through his diaper and he flinches. She knows straight away it must be sore so she undoes his diaper and sees a nasty diaper rash all over his bottom and even his bum hole.

She puts on gloves and rubs soothing ointment on the affected areas. She needs to put some on her finger and applies it inside his bum hole sliding her finger way in. He gets a bit of a stiffy so she rubs lotion on that too as he needs more comforting.

Then a caring breast feed to take his mind off the soreness.
