Adorable little Melanie is due for her afternoon feed before a nap. Her pretty carer opens her dress and places Melanie in the comforting position across her lap. After a while she changes position for a lying down breast feed.

Melanie sucks hungrily on her nipple until her tummy is full. Then a little burp and she is ready to nod off.

When Melanie wakes Stefanie can see where all that milk went. Straight through to Melanie's diaper.
